Tsamis Zante Suites

Beautiful hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We stayed in one of the rooms with a private pool which meant we moved between the lovely cool room to our daybed and the pool throughout the day. The daybed was always in the shade which suited us perfectly but if you want to be in the full sun, it might be worth mentioning this when you book. Food was very tasty with menu changes every night. There is a supermarket 10 minutes or so walk away and everything else a short taxi ride away.

Staff - Never seen such amazing people working for a hotel like here. All of them (!!) are absolutely friendly, polite, kind, warmhearted, funny and so hard working to make you have the greatest time. Hotel, rooms & facility - we got a very beautiful room with private pool. It was always very clean and has everything you need. There was a shower and a bath tube in the room too. The are also 3 big pool areas with a variation of amazing sunbeds. Food & restaurants - we booked with halfboard so we could daily taste the various food the chef was creating. There was always enough of everything, variations of meat, salads, pasta, greek specialities and also many vegetarian options. For vegan people there is also an extra restaurant (but once you taste the greek meat and food - you will never want to be vegan again 😜🇬🇷) Specials - there was a gym, a SPA, and also a hotel owned beach. Nearly every night there was a special theme night with live music or instruments. There is also a car rent option or activities to book at the hotel. They will arrange everything you want 😊 ! Location - the location of the hotel is very good and we would recommend a car or another transfer option if you want to see something of the island. There is a supermarket nearby too. All in one - it was a PERFECT stay for us! The team is very hard working to make us the perfect stay. Thank YOU ALL for this amazing visit!

The service was superb, the waiters, receptionists and the cleaners were very helpful and humble. It was nice for us to have a free room upgrade (room with jakuzzi instead of the regular room), and on leaving we received a gift and the owner came to say goodbye personally.

Absolutely everything! The room was amazing, staff was lovely, facilities are fabulous, and the food was so delicious. Location is great, just in front of a cristal clear water (no sand though).

Absolutely everything! Every single member of staff was exceptional - attentive; genuinely friendly and a pleasure to interact with. Having both travelled the globe, my fiancée and I have never experience such a truly warm, engaging and good-natured team of exceptional hotel staff - ANYWHERE else on the planet! This customer-first focus was due in no small part to Georgos the GM who displayed an exceptional focus on detail and the quiet enjoyment of all the hotels clients. Every minute, of every day. His experience showed but was masked behind a professional demeanor at all times and his approach to creating the perfect guest experience typified when we spotted him picking up two stray cigarette butts from the road adjacent to the hotel. Nothing was above him nor beyond him or his great team in making this experience as perfect as they could in every way. This great leadership example extended not just across all the senior hotel management personnel, but to every single staff member - regardless of their background, nationality or level of experience. From the minute we arrived we were treated not as guests, but potential friends. The warm and friendly greeting first extended to us on arrival by the most wonderful Paraskevi ( a young, delightful and highly talented young lady (that we are certain will go on to do great things in this industry) continued unabated for our entire stay. We have never experience this before - anywhere and is a credit to not only Futinni, but Georgos and the ever-watchful Christina whose vigilance and ongoing staff-review and training has created a flawless customer experience here. We could go on forever about the hotel the staff and the island but as people can make or break even the best of experience we will finish up by just a small roll call of just some of our favourite "Tsamis Superstars".Ermal & Ellia; Stathis;Nikolas;Stella; Penelope and the hard-working Gramos.
